The role collaborates with operational, nursing, and clinical leaders to develop and monitor unit training plans, support staff development, and maintain safe care practices.

The Procurement Specialist manages purchasing and procurement projects for an integrated behavioral healthcare organization. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple procurement initiatives and applying supply chain or purchasing expertise. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably a purchasing certificate, and at least three years of purchasing or procurement experience. Healthcare purchasing experience may substitute for the degree. A valid Arizona driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record are required.

Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, statement reconciliation, timely vendor payments, financial record accuracy, cash-flow support, and vendor relationships.
