Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit integrated behavioral healthcare provider serving communities throughout Arizona. It delivers residential, outpatient, inpatient, crisis, medical-home, medication-assisted treatment, prevention, education, and evidence-based substance-use and mental-health services. Its programs support people experiencing behavioral-health crises, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness through a patient-centered, “no wrong door” approach across 26 state-of-the-art facilities and community programs.
