Leads CBH’s enterprise applications portfolio, including strategy, governance, SDLC maturity, delivery, lifecycle management, vendor performance, security, compliance, and operational reliability. Builds and develops the applications organization, oversees mission-critical clinical and claims systems, establishes disciplined development and release practices, manages technology roadmaps and risks, and partners with executive, clinical, financial, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Ensures accurate and compliant encounter submissions to the State by monitoring errors, analyzing root causes, coordinating resolutions, and validating corrections. Maintains claims adjudication business rules, translates requirements into system configurations, conducts testing, documents changes, and supports audits. The Senior Business Analyst bridges business stakeholders and IT by eliciting requirements, translating needs into specifications and user stories, analyzing data and system impacts, and leading software testing and implementation support. Manages datacenter, cloud, and remote-office infrastructure, including servers, storage, backups, virtualization, operating systems, monitoring, security remediation, and disaster recovery. Provides Tier 3 support, troubleshoots complex system issues, implements infrastructure upgrades, maintains VMware and Windows environments, develops documentation, and supports technology assessments and vendor contracts. Requires regular on-call and weekend rotations.
