Leads CBH’s enterprise applications portfolio, including strategy, governance, SDLC maturity, delivery, lifecycle management, vendor performance, security, compliance, and operational reliability. Builds and develops the applications organization, oversees mission-critical clinical and claims systems, establishes disciplined development and release practices, manages technology roadmaps and risks, and partners with executive, clinical, financial, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Manages and advances an enterprise data governance program, including governance standards, stewardship, metadata, definitions, lineage, semantic models, data quality, and reporting consistency. Leads governance committees, resolves cross-functional data issues, supports data literacy, and embeds governance into analytics, reporting, systems, and business processes. Partners with technical and business stakeholders, supervises staff, and drives accountability across the organization.

Leads the design, development, integration, modernization, and support of enterprise healthcare applications and platforms. Develops SQL Server databases, healthcare EDI/X12 integrations, Azure APIs, and Python/Django applications. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, reviews architecture and code, resolves production issues, supports interoperability and automation, and coordinates deployments and operational support. Collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership while ensuring HIPAA, security, and regulatory compliance.

Manages datacenter, cloud, and remote-office infrastructure, including servers, storage, backups, virtualization, operating systems, monitoring, security remediation, and disaster recovery. Provides Tier 3 support, troubleshoots complex system issues, implements infrastructure upgrades, maintains VMware and Windows environments, develops documentation, and supports technology assessments and vendor contracts. Requires regular on-call and weekend rotations.
