Coordinate and supervise the CIES workforce program, train and back up Career Navigators, manage participant intake and case management, track and report outcomes, maintain data systems, cultivate employer partnerships, support participants with barriers to employment, assist with grant reporting, and represent the program in community collaborations. Regular travel within the service area and occasional evenings/weekends required.

Provide administrative support for the RSVP volunteer program: manage files, collect and record volunteer hours and mileage, assist onboarding, coordinate meetings/trainings/events, support data collection and communications, maintain inventory and supplies, represent program in community events, and perform travel, evening/weekend work, and other duties to support program and grant requirements.

Provide case management and rapid rehousing support to youth/young adults (18-24) experiencing or at risk of houselessness. Connect participants to housing, benefits, landlords, employment and other resources; manage fund disbursement, data entry, assessments, documentation, and regional collaboration. Regular travel across service area and flexible hours required.
