Community Action Partnership of Cambria County

Community Action Partnership of Cambria County (CAPCC) is an organization focused on helping individuals and families overcome poverty and achieve self-sufficiency. It provides housing and utility assistance, early-childhood education, advocacy, and nutrition and health support for women and children. Working with local agencies and community resources, CAPCC adapts its programs to local needs and aims to improve quality of life and empower residents to reach their full potential.
