Manage grant and contract accounting, budgets, compliance, and financial reporting for government-funded programs. Prepare month-end close entries, indirect cost calculations, allocations, accruals, budget vs. actual reports, and audit schedules. Support annual budgeting, forecasts, single audits, general ledger tasks, payroll backup, and serve as primary finance liaison for grants and reimbursements.

Lead statewide fundraising efforts by cultivating donor relationships, managing portfolios across corporate, individual, and event channels, and driving year-over-year revenue growth. Plan and execute campaigns, create proposals and stewardship materials, support subsidiaries with toolkits and training, track metrics and CRM records (EveryAction), and partner with leadership on budgeting and high-touch solicitations.

Coordinate and lead a school support team to implement the CIS integrated student supports model. Conduct annual needs assessments, develop and implement tiered support plans, coordinate evidence-based services and volunteers, monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare annual reports. Build relationships with school staff, families, and community partners and adjust services to meet student and school needs.
