Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, QA/QC, safety, site visits, billing, system commissioning, stakeholder communication, and team coaching to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial targets.

Own full lifecycle delivery of wireless infrastructure projects (DAS, Small Cell, ERRCS, private 4G/5G) from pre-construction through closeout. Manage schedule, safety, quality, finance, materials, crews/subcontractors, documentation, client communication, and project closeout while coordinating with design and field teams.

Perform onsite implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation of in-building DAS and managed networks. Collect and analyze RF benchmark data, perform spectrum/CW/PIM/OTDR testing, support NOC trouble tickets, collaborate with operations and clients, create technical reports, and manage project closeout deliverables across the AZ/NM region.

Install, test, troubleshoot and optimize in‑building DAS and managed networks. Perform RF benchmark data collection and analysis, CW/spectrum/PIM/OTDR testing, maintenance, fault analysis, link balancing, and support NOC and operators. Provide technical guidance, project documentation, and closeout deliverables while traveling extensively in the region.
