Designs and documents private LTE and 5G wireless networks, including RF designs, core EPC/5GC planning, LAN infrastructure, IP diagrams, bills of materials, proposals, and scopes of work. Supports sales engineering, validates designs, performs capacity and backhaul calculations, participates in customer meetings and site walks, and coordinates with internal and external design teams. This junior role includes training and requires up to 25% national travel.

Supports DAS, repeater, and wireless network commissioning, optimization, site surveys, benchmarking, post-installation data collection, basic troubleshooting, and customer reporting. Creates rack elevations and fiber diagrams, performs CW testing, configures remote access and alarms, and develops expertise in RF technologies, test equipment, OEM platforms, and commissioning standards. This entry-level role includes extensive field travel and on-the-job training.

Implements, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains in-building DAS and managed wireless networks. Responsibilities include RF benchmarking, spectrum, sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing; fault analysis; interference mitigation; link balancing; technical ticket resolution; AHJ and third-party testing oversight; project documentation; closeout deliverables; and technical guidance to operations and construction teams. The role requires 90% regional field travel and occasional after-hours support.
