Pre-sales technical lead supporting DAS/Small Cell solutions across Midwest and Mountain regions. Qualify opportunities, produce scope and proposals, perform RF surveys and benchmarking, design solutions, support commissioning, respond to RF RFI/RFPs, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure on-spec delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout of in‑building wireless networks (DAS, small cell, private 4G/5G). Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, QA/QC, safety, site visits, billing, system commissioning, stakeholder communication, and team coaching to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial targets.
