The Active Directory/Windows Engineer will manage enterprise messaging, directory services, and M365 configurations, while collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders. Key tasks include identity synchronization, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation.

Design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain modular dbt transformation models on Snowflake. Optimize SQL and Snowflake performance, implement data quality tests, manage dbt projects in Git, support CI/CD, create analytics-ready data marts for BI, and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and support reporting needs.

Own and govern end-to-end Problem Management per ITIL. Lead root cause investigations and RCA sessions, maintain Known Error Database, track corrective actions, analyze incident/change data, create KPIs and executive dashboards, and drive cross-functional remediation with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, EUC, and Application teams to improve service reliability.

Design and deliver cloud-native, event-driven microservices and RESTful APIs. Build integrations with IoT devices and third-party platforms, implement messaging pipelines (Kafka/RabbitMQ), write unit and integration tests, and collaborate on CI/CD using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Participate in architecture reviews and define team best practices.

Designs, configures, and troubleshoots enterprise LAN/WAN networks and perimeter security. Implements Cisco routing/switching, WLAN, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewalls, F5 LTM (iRules), routing protocols, monitoring via Panorama/Cortex XDR, packet capture analysis, upgrades, and technical documentation. Onsite in Orange County for a 6-month contract.
