Own and govern end-to-end Problem Management per ITIL. Lead root cause investigations and RCA sessions, maintain Known Error Database, track corrective actions, analyze incident/change data, create KPIs and executive dashboards, and drive cross-functional remediation with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, EUC, and Application teams to improve service reliability.

Develop, maintain, and run Python-based hardware validation tests at board and interface level. Diagnose failures across scripts, firmware, and hardware using lab equipment, produce traceable test evidence, and document setups and troubleshooting. Own test development, coordinate with product teams, and share weekly status and best practices.

Develop low-level embedded software for aircraft surveillance avionics including TCAS, transponders, DME and UAT; support certification and produce required documentation per DO-178C.
