Lead technical validation of credit risk and AI models across the model lifecycle, design and execute validation plans, engage stakeholders, drive validation process improvements, mentor team members, and ensure regulatory compliance with Basel and APRA standards.

Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models for AML, fraud, scam detection, and risk intelligence. Build scalable data and ML pipelines using Python, SQL, PySpark, and AWS. Apply statistical analysis, feature engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation, while supporting production deployment, monitoring, responsible AI, model governance, and ML Ops. Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and financial crime experts to deliver scalable solutions.

Provides technical strategy and guidance for complex software engineering initiatives. Leads proof-of-concepts, architecture and engineering practice development, troubleshooting, roadmap ownership, and cross-team delivery. Develops hands-on Java and API solutions using AWS, microservices, automation, and continuous integration tools. Mentors engineers, collaborates with Scrum teams and vendors, and ensures effective technical direction and project delivery.
