Lead a multidisciplinary digital engineering squad delivering customer-facing mobile, web, API, and backend experiences. Set technical direction, guide architecture, stay hands-on, and oversee secure, resilient production delivery. Coach engineers, manage performance conversations, improve testing and CI/CD, and promote observability and operational ownership. Partner with Product and Design to measure customer outcomes and lead responsible AI adoption across engineering workflows.

Provides HR advice and support to employees and leaders across policy interpretation, employee lifecycle matters, performance management, workplace concerns, and conduct issues. Manages sensitive matters through resolution, promotes HR self-service, coaches stakeholders, and contributes to continuous improvement. Requires availability during business hours and delivers customer-focused service against performance targets.
