Supports financial control and regulatory reporting for CBA’s U.S. broker-dealer and Americas entities. Responsibilities include financial statements, reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, month- and year-end close, regulatory reporting, audit support, performance analysis, controls testing, and business partnering. The role also drives finance transformation through process simplification, automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and system initiatives while collaborating with Global Markets, Finance, Risk, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly regulatory and statistical reports (FINREP, COREP, liquidity, local DNB returns); assess impact of product/system changes; maintain controls and reporting governance; perform financial and business analysis; support internal and external audits; stay current with regulatory changes and drive process improvements.

Build and operate scalable, AI-powered agent-driven full-stack applications. Design agent/LLM workflows, integrate APIs and enterprise systems, lead CI/CD, testing, observability, and collaborate with architects to ensure secure, reliable production systems.
