Leads independent Line 2 oversight, risk assessment, assurance, and constructive challenge for AI technology, cyber, data, and operational risks. The role evaluates generative AI and agentic systems, oversees controls and risk-in-change activities, produces executive reporting, escalates material issues, and improves AI risk frameworks. It also provides technical leadership, stakeholder influence, coaching, and quality review across a complex regulated financial-services environment.

Independently validates AI and machine learning models, assessing data, methodologies, assumptions, outcomes, risks, and controls. Designs proportionate validation approaches, reviews GenAI and agentic architectures, reproduces evaluation pipelines, inspects code and trace data, and communicates findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also develops AI validation standards, tooling, test harnesses, and team capabilities while supporting model approval and risk decisions.

Lead full-cycle software engineering for .NET applications, including development, microservices, REST APIs, cloud deployment, CI/CD, test automation, monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting. The role uses AWS or Azure, supports CI/CD platforms and deployment tools, builds automated testing strategies, and collaborates with application teams to maintain cloud platform stability and security. It also involves leading teams, driving process automation, and applying Agile, TDD, and BDD practices.
