Senior leadership role overseeing and supporting State Directors across multiple states to align state and national priorities, manage teams and budgets, lead advocacy and legislative strategy, represent the organization externally, support fundraising, and drive organization-wide change and professional development to advance Common Cause's mission.

Lead statewide grassroots organizing and coalition-building to grow and engage supporters, coordinate advocacy and election protection activities, manage volunteers and interns, support policy research and legislative tracking, assist fundraising and advisory board logistics, and handle communications and administrative tasks.

Lead outreach and organizing to grow and engage supporters across New York (Long Island/Hudson Valley). Support events, election protection, legislative campaigns, digital communications, and research. Build community partnerships, assist fundraising and advisory board logistics, manage discrete projects, and perform administrative tasks. Regular in-person work and travel around the state required.

Lead Common Cause's national marketing, communications, and digital strategy; manage and develop multidisciplinary teams; drive integrated, digital-first campaigns; advise senior leadership; build rapid-response systems; oversee national and state communications for priority campaigns; represent the organization in coalitions and foster cross-departmental alignment.
