Support statewide fundraising and donor engagement by conducting donor prospect research, drafting research briefs and communications, maintaining donor records in the ROI CRM, coordinating North Carolina fundraising events and logistics, supporting planned giving administration, and collaborating across teams to track revenue and support advisory board engagement and development budgeting.

Support daily digital advocacy and fundraising: draft and proofread email, SMS and web content; run HTML A/B tests; grow lists and revenue; analyze Action Network data; maintain onboarding and automated systems; respond to member inquiries; collaborate with campaigns and policy teams and report results.

Lead outreach and organizing to grow and engage supporters across New York (Long Island/Hudson Valley). Support events, election protection, legislative campaigns, digital communications, and research. Build community partnerships, assist fundraising and advisory board logistics, manage discrete projects, and perform administrative tasks. Regular in-person work and travel around the state required.
