Designs and evolves the organization’s data warehouse, semantic layer, transformation pipelines, data products, and reusable analytics assets. The role implements data governance, quality testing, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and scalable data models across cloud platforms. It partners with data engineering, analytics, research, and governance stakeholders to support self-service analytics and AI readiness while influencing long-term data platform strategy.

Leads strategic adoption and growth of Common App products and programs among member institutions and enrollment consulting companies. Serves as a subject matter expert in webinars, presentations, and conferences; partners with Member Services, Product Strategy, and Marketing; manages stakeholder relationships; drives product usage, service goals, and organizational change; and coaches team members. The role requires strong communication, account management, analytical, organizational, and people leadership skills, with travel of up to 30%.

Manages Common App’s enterprise risk and compliance programs, including policy management, regulatory deadline tracking, fraud and whistleblower case preparation, compliance inquiries, governance, and risk reduction. Supports Legal and organizational leadership through investigations, due diligence, reporting, presentations, administrative coordination, and confidential information management.
