Lead embedding AI into enterprise workflows by designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade ML and LLM systems. Partner with Data Engineering and Governance to ensure scalable, secure, compliant solutions; set technical standards, mentor engineers, and translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders to drive measurable operational value.

Design, build, and maintain Common App's enterprise data warehouse, semantic/metrics layer, and reusable data products. Refactor pipelines for performance and cost, implement automated data quality, enforce governance (PII, retention), document data assets, and enable self-service analytics. Partner with Data Engineering, Applied Analytics, and Data Governance to operationalize standards and support BI, analysts, and AI systems.

Lead strategic growth in multi-product adoption across member institutions. Serve as product adoption SME, present to stakeholders, partner with Member Services, product strategy, and marketing, drive usage growth, coach team members, and support enrollment consulting engagement.
