Leads strategy, development, and launch of innovative K-12 EdTech products from concept through scale. Owns product vision, roadmap, backlog, market research, prototyping, user testing, agile delivery, board reporting, budgets, and performance metrics. Partners with educators, researchers, designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to create impactful products aligned with learning outcomes, organizational mission, and revenue goals.

Leads new business acquisition and revenue growth across physical, digital, and hybrid products. Develops sales strategies, manages pipeline and forecasting, expands K-12 market reach, and oversees territory planning. Leads and develops Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives, establishes performance targets, improves sales processes, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Client Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Manages department budgets, sales enablement, CRM standards, and up to 50% domestic travel.

Sell Committee for Children programs across an assigned Northeast territory. Manage full sales cycle, build relationships with district decision-makers, meet revenue goals, execute territory plans, represent CFC at events, maintain CRM pipeline, and support implementation of digital instructional products in K-12 districts.
