Lead end-to-end product performance post-launch for assigned products, driving product-market fit, adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. Define growth strategy, translate portfolio priorities into product goals, and lead a cross-functional product team. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize lifecycle, GTM execution, forecasting, and scale readiness while coaching team members and iterating based on customer and usage data.

Designs and conducts applied K-12 research and program evaluations to inform product development. Performs literature reviews, user-centered studies, surveys, qualitative and quantitative analyses, IRB submissions, and translates findings into actionable recommendations for product teams. Collaborates cross-functionally and communicates results to diverse stakeholders.
