Processes billing for strategic central accounts, generates invoices, maintains billing systems and accounts receivable records, produces monthly metrics, investigates discrepancies, and resolves billing questions. The specialist collaborates with stores, dealers, sales, and strategic account teams on reconciliation issues, documents billing processes, and recommends improvements to invoice and statement procedures and the overall customer experience.

Provides inside sales and customer service for tire, alignment, lubrication, and automotive repair services. Responsibilities include quoting prices, inspecting and diagnosing service needs, recommending repairs and preventative services, meeting sales and unit goals, managing customer follow-up, and supporting inventory, warehousing, deliveries, and administrative tasks. The role requires frequent standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, vehicle operation, and work around automotive equipment and shop conditions.
