Coordinates project activities, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, metrics, and documentation. Collaborates with Sales, customers, and internal teams to define requirements, assign tasks, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets. Designs and fabricates production tooling and fixtures, creates CAD models and engineering drawings, improves manufacturing processes, resolves production issues, maintains technical documentation, and collaborates with engineering and production teams to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Design and develop electromechanical products (powered Bimini systems), integrating motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and user interfaces. Build prototypes, validate designs through testing, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM customers, and bring products from concept to production.
