As a Senior Product Manager for AI, you will lead AI-based product strategies, engage with customers for insights, prototype solutions, and collaborate with teams to deliver intelligent agent-driven products.

Sell CommerceIQ’s ecommerce optimization platform to enterprise CPG and retail customers. Build pipeline, close new enterprise accounts, drive upsells/cross-sells, develop business cases and personalized demos, and manage relationships from power users to C-level to meet quota.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will prototype AI-driven solutions, integrate data, lead customer demonstrations, and ensure successful outcomes while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

The Software Engineer will work with founders to design and deliver AI-driven commerce solutions, collaborate across functions, and improve ecommerce performance.

Design, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale ML models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion); apply PEFT techniques; build data pipelines and MLOps practices; optimize GPU/TPU training; validate models for performance and fairness; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.

Lead deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers, manage a team, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive measurable outcomes for AI at CommerceIQ.

Lead and mentor an applied ML team to develop, fine-tune, and deploy foundation models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion) for domain-specific commerce applications. Drive model evaluation, validation, bias/fairness checks, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production ML solutions.

Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships for CommerceIQ by onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and driving adoption of the platform. Serve as e-commerce advertising SME (especially Amazon), analyze data to answer strategic questions, optimize ad budgets and campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and support upsell and renewal efforts to maximize customer KPIs and retention.

Analyze ecommerce sales, advertising, promotions and inventory data to build insights and analytical solutions. Partner with engagement managers and clients to define requirements, create dashboards and reports (Tableau/BI), perform analyses using SQL, Excel and Python/R, and present executive-ready recommendations to drive ecommerce sales impact.

Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales & Service Clouds) including CPQ and commissions, manage revenue intelligence tools (Gong, ZoomInfo), deploy and govern Agentforce AI agents, and operate corporate IT infrastructure (identity, SSO, MDM, Google Workspace, HRIS integrations), ensuring secure integrations, system uptime, monitoring, and documentation.

The Software Development Engineer will design and deliver AI-powered commerce solutions, collaborate with teams, and grow technical skills in a hands-on environment.

Own the RMM product roadmap for an AI-powered retail media automation platform. Define vision, prioritization, and OKRs; drive AI-driven campaign automation, internal automation tooling, retailer API integrations, and reporting/analytics to improve platform adoption and retention.
