Drive model evaluation, validation, bias/fairness checks, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver production ML solutions.

Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships for CommerceIQ by onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and driving adoption of the platform. Serve as e-commerce advertising SME (especially Amazon), analyze data to answer strategic questions, optimize ad budgets and campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and support upsell and renewal efforts to maximize customer KPIs and retention.
