Own the roadmap and business outcomes for CommerceIQ’s AI-powered retail media automation platform. Lead vision, prioritization, OKRs, campaign automation, agentic optimization, internal workflow automation, retailer API integrations, and reporting analytics. Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions for enterprise CPG customers. Use SQL and data analysis to define problems, write actionable product requirements, and operate independently in an ambiguous environment.

The Business Development Representative will prospect enterprise decision-makers, create personalized outbound campaigns, generate qualified meetings and pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives, GTM, Product, and Marketing teams. The role involves researching accounts, using AI and sales tools, maintaining CRM data, sharing market feedback, and continuously experimenting to improve outreach. Candidates should have 1–3+ years of business development or sales experience and be comfortable working in an in-office, fast-paced environment in Mountain View, California.

Owns delivery, execution, strategy, and team leadership for CommerceIQ’s retail media product line. The role leads the transition from SaaS plus services to an agent-native product, partners with engineering and sales, develops AI agent capabilities, translates customer workflows into product improvements, and prioritizes features that drive revenue growth, renewals, and scalable customer outcomes.
