The Account Executive manages the sales process for small accounts, focusing on prospecting, onboarding, customer success, and renewals while building strong customer relationships.

Provides entry-level Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile solutions. Completes product training, troubleshoots customer issues, manages cases through resolution, meets support SLAs, communicates proactively with customers, escalates issues as needed, and improves customer-facing knowledge base content. Requires Windows troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge, with preferred exposure to SQL, industrial automation, electronics, mechatronics, or manufacturing systems.

Integrate Command Alkon hardware and software into complete client systems, perform testing and quality control, verify configurations against orders, troubleshoot electrical and fieldbus systems, and meet delivery schedules while maintaining documentation and processes.

Lead detailed review of COE-prepared journal entries and reconciliations, own multiple balance sheet reconciliations and SG&A/COGS accruals, support month/quarter/year-end close, drive process improvements, prepare audit schedules, and deliver clear financial reporting to stakeholders.

Implement, configure, and deploy Command Alkon platform solutions; support customer environments and integrations; deliver training; translate business requirements into scalable configurations; advise customers on process improvements and adoption; collaborate with internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and identify additional platform opportunities.
