The Account Executive manages the sales process for small accounts, focusing on prospecting, onboarding, customer success, and renewals while building strong customer relationships.

Provides entry-level Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, SaaS, and mobile solutions. Completes product training, troubleshoots customer issues, manages cases through resolution, meets support SLAs, communicates proactively with customers, escalates issues as needed, and improves customer-facing knowledge base content. Requires Windows troubleshooting and basic networking knowledge, with preferred exposure to SQL, industrial automation, electronics, mechatronics, or manufacturing systems.

Integrate Command Alkon hardware and software into complete client systems, perform testing and quality control, verify configurations against orders, troubleshoot electrical and fieldbus systems, and meet delivery schedules while maintaining documentation and processes.
