Lead and expand the North America SMB inside sales organization for vertical software, hardware, and professional services. Build and develop hybrid sales teams, establish territories and operating cadences, drive new-logo and expansion bookings, and improve pipeline creation, forecasting, conversion, and quota attainment. Coach account executives, implement structured qualification and value-based selling, partner across customer success, marketing, and sales operations, and support cloud migration and customer growth initiatives.

The Senior Accountant reviews COE accounting work, owns balance sheet reconciliations and SG&A/COGS accruals, supports financial close and audits, investigates variances, and improves accounting processes and reporting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical judgment, communication, collaboration, and advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.

Manages the full sales lifecycle for small SaaS accounts, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, closing, onboarding, renewals, and expansion. Builds customer relationships, maintains CRM pipeline accuracy, identifies growth opportunities, and hands larger accounts to Area Sales Managers. Partners with marketing, solution specialists, renewal teams, and customer success while meeting sales targets.
