Oversee clinical and administrative operations of a residential restoration program for justice-involved adults with severe mental illness. Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain safety standards, develop and implement policies/procedures, facilitate inspections, and promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally competent psychotherapy.

Support daily operations of a Long-Term Structured Residence program by supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating admissions/discharges, overseeing safety and training, handling scheduling and payroll support, and serving on-call for emergencies to maintain person-centered behavioral health services.

Plan and deliver recreational and community integration activities for a forensic LTSR program, coordinate transportation and budgets, complete assessments and documentation, participate in treatment teams, and build community partnerships to support individuals' recovery goals.

Provide full-time, on-site psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for patients. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers, document care in EMR, provide crisis intervention, respond to patients and families, and support professional development and clinic operations.

Provide person-centered on-the-job training, job development, assessments, and supports for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities to increase independence, employment skills, and community integration. Coordinate with employers, case managers, funders, and team members; document services; participate in training and professional development; and follow agency policies.
