Support day-to-day operations of a Long-Term Structured Residence, providing clinical and administrative oversight, staff supervision and development, regulatory compliance, admissions and discharge oversight, on-call emergency response, payroll assistance, safety inspections, and liaison with external agencies to ensure person-centered residential behavioral health services.

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to outpatient therapists, oversee case reviews and treatment planning, ensure evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance, facilitate staff training and performance evaluations, support program development and quality improvement, and serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and ethical issues.

Manage and coordinate client, staff, and program appointments; maintain and update scheduling system and records; communicate schedule changes; resolve conflicts; support front office operations and provide compassionate customer service in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Oversee clinical and administrative operations of a residential restoration program for justice-involved adults with severe mental illness. Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, policy development, inspections, staff supervision, and delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-focused psychotherapy and program services.

Provide full-time, on-site psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for patients. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers, document care in EMR, provide crisis intervention, respond to patients and families, and support professional development and clinic operations.

Provide person-centered on-the-job training, job development, assessments, and community integration supports for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Build employer relationships, coordinate services and documentation, participate in training, and promote competitive integrated employment while maintaining compliance with agency and funding policies.
