Provide full-scope outpatient psychiatric services including evaluations, diagnosis, psychotropic medication management, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with therapists and case managers. Document care in electronic medical records, communicate with patients and families, and participate in professional development to maintain best practices.

Plan and run recreational and community integration activities using recovery, trauma-informed care, and cultural competence. Coordinate schedules, transportation, budgets, documentation, assessments, and multidisciplinary team participation. Build community partnerships and report incidents, participate in trainings, and support quality improvement.

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to outpatient therapists, conduct case reviews and treatment planning, ensure evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance, support staff training and professional development, lead quality improvement and clinical documentation standards, and resolve clinical or operational issues.
