Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain safety standards, develop and implement policies/procedures, facilitate inspections, and promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally competent psychotherapy.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for individuals with mental health or developmental needs. Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers, document care in EMR, provide crisis intervention, respond to patients and families, and participate in professional development.
