Supervise the Multidisciplinary Evaluation (MDE) team for early intervention, complete 7-9 initial evaluations weekly, ensure timely documentation in HCSIS/Evolv, oversee scheduling, compliance audits, staff training, and county/state coordination, and provide clinical oversight and support to families.

Provide full-scope outpatient psychiatric services including evaluations, diagnosis, psychotropic medication management, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with therapists and case managers. Document care in electronic medical records, communicate with patients and families, and participate in professional development to maintain best practices.

Provide community-based case management for adults: assess needs, create and monitor service plans, coordinate resources, document services, support crisis de-escalation, and meet clients in homes, hospitals, and community settings to promote independence.
