Manages daily operations of residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism. Supervises and trains direct support professionals, ensures regulatory and Individual Support Plan compliance, coordinates transportation and supplies, audits medication administration and consumer funds, maintains documentation, and provides on-call and emergency coverage.

Coordinate, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Train and supervise DSPs, ensure regulatory compliance (medication, safety, DPW 6400), maintain records in HIRS, monitor incidents in EIM, attend ISP meetings, and support consumer independence and community integration.

Supervise and support a team of bilingual blended case managers delivering targeted case management for adults. Ensure compliance with DBH practice guidelines, monitor productivity and documentation (DAP format), conduct team and individual supervision, oversee contact tracking and Pay-for-Performance criteria, and coordinate staff training and orientation. Responsible for on-call duties and ensuring staff meet service standards and client care coordination.
