Lead strategic customer onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion for Comfy’s visual AI platform. Build success plans, deliver workshops, troubleshoot workflow and deployment barriers, establish customer health metrics, create scalable playbooks, and translate recurring customer needs into product feedback. The role also helps establish and grow Comfy’s customer success function while partnering with creative and technical stakeholders.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Comfy, from sourcing and discovery through proof of concept, procurement, security review, legal, and close. Sell to complex buying committees, build business cases, land and expand strategic accounts, maintain forecast rigor, and contribute to developing the enterprise sales playbook. Develop deep product knowledge, coordinate internal stakeholders, and provide customer feedback to shape the roadmap.

Lead backend initiatives for ComfyUI and Comfy Cloud, building distributed systems that support millions of AI workflows. Design scalable data models, solve performance and optimization challenges, ship user-facing features rapidly, and influence technical direction. Responsibilities include securing community-developed custom nodes, scheduling heterogeneous workflows across GPU nodes, and building backend services. The role uses Python, Go, Kubernetes, and Postgres, with opportunities to contribute to open-source ComfyUI.

Own and evolve billing infrastructure for usage metering, payments, credits, subscriptions, pricing, reconciliation, and fraud prevention. Build reliable distributed systems using Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, Stripe, and Metronome. Improve billing workflows, recovery from partial failures, spend controls, and operator tooling while partnering with Product, Finance, Support, and frontend teams. Lead projects from design through production operation and ensure accurate, dependable customer charges.

Build and own CI, cross-repository release orchestration, ephemeral per-PR environments, and integrated quality pipelines for AI-enabled, multi-service software. Coordinate releases across teams, enable continuous delivery, and provide self-service infrastructure for creative teams using advanced models. The role focuses on the road to production rather than production infrastructure, SRE, or on-call ownership.

Build custom ComfyUI workflows, demo nodes, and proof-of-concept pipelines for customers; run technical discovery on sales calls; own implementation handoffs through production; create demo content and tutorials; act as the bridge between customers, engineering, and design during engagements.

Own developer onboarding, docs, sample apps, and advocacy for ComfyUI. Build reference SDKs, run office hours/hackathons, support custom node authors, gather developer feedback, and push product improvements to make programmatic Comfy integrations production-ready.

As a Product Manager for ComfyUI, you will develop roadmaps, anticipate user needs, and make tactical product decisions to enhance the platform for creative work.
