Lead and scale Comfrt’s global QA organization for apparel and home textiles. Set QA strategy, global compliance, testing, inspections, vendor performance, and KPIs. Partner cross-functionally to embed quality across product lifecycle, manage accredited labs and inspections, drive root cause analysis, and support retail and international market compliance.

Lead strategy and execution for Comfrt's international operations across non-US markets, owning fulfillment, cross-border freight, duties, 3PL/carrier management, compliance, landed cost, and market launches. Partner cross-functionally to define SLAs, optimize cost-to-serve, build scalable playbooks, deliver reporting and insights, and develop a high-performing global team to support profitable international growth and excellent customer experience.

Own end-to-end product development for apparel and soft goods: translate design into production-ready specs, manage vendors and samples, source materials and trims, control costs and timelines, ensure quality and production readiness, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet brand standards.

Manage and engage brand communities across social platforms, monitor trends and sentiment, respond to comments/DMs, enforce brand voice and moderation policies, produce insights from social listening, collaborate with Growth and CX teams, and surface risks or revenue opportunities.

Lead and grow a software engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable web and backend systems for a high-traffic DTC eCommerce platform. Drive architecture, hiring, delivery, best practices (testing, CI/CD, code review, observability), stakeholder collaboration, and engineer career development while balancing hands-on technical contributions and operational excellence.

Lead business-systems analysis for eCommerce and NetSuite finance integrations, translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and test plans. Drive international expansion and multi-entity accounting solutions, optimize multi-channel order and fulfillment flows, coordinate UAT and deployments, and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure accurate financial posting and tax/compliance across global channels.

Lead Comfrt's fleece product vision and design direction across hoodies, sweatpants, outerwear and new categories. Own end-to-end product design, trend and fabric innovation, and commercial assortment strategy. Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, product development, sourcing and marketing to deliver high-quality, on-brand products. Build and mentor a high-performing design team and establish scalable processes to support rapid growth and execution.

The ASO Specialist optimizes Comfrt's app store presence, focusing on ASO strategies to enhance visibility, downloads, and conversion rates through analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Associate Designer will assist in creating fleece and lounge apparel, manage vendor communications, conduct market research, and support production processes.

The Producer will manage the full lifecycle of photo and video production, overseeing logistics, budgets, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery of brand-aligned content.

The CAD & Graphic Designer will create unique prints and graphics while collaborating with teams to drive seasonal collections, maintaining the brand's aesthetic.

Own and grow Comfrts affiliate channel via Commission Junction: manage agency relationships, recruit and audit publishers, negotiate placements, run activations, optimize commissions and creative, track KPIs (EPC, conversion, ROAS), and report insights to leadership.

Support day-to-day studio operations: organize and track samples, prep garments (steam/tag/quality check), assist fittings and shoots, maintain studio cleanliness and inventory, run errands, and identify workflow improvements. Part-time on-site role based in Miami with potential to become full-time.

Own and scale the finance and accounting data ecosystem: design and maintain BigQuery integrations, ensure data integrity and governance, build reconciliations and automated controls, develop scalable reporting and dashboards, support monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and automate finance processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
