Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy: partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, run interviews, manage JazzHR ATS, improve candidate experience and recruiting processes, track metrics and support workforce planning.

Lead mobile QA for Comfrt's iOS and Android apps and supporting backend. Execute end-to-end manual tests, design and maintain automated UI tests, write API tests (REST/GraphQL), validate WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, track and resolve bugs, and improve regression processes. Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to ensure reliable, consistent user experiences across wellness, gamification, and eCommerce flows.
