Maintain dashboards, support A/B and multivariate testing, collaborate with developers on tagging and tracking, and drive optimization to improve conversion and retention.

Lead and scale the Product Development organization for apparel and lifestyle categories, driving end-to-end execution from concept to commercialization. Build high-performing teams, establish SOPs, optimize processes, ensure product quality, partner cross-functionally on strategy and sourcing, and balance innovation, speed, cost, and margin in a high-growth DTC and wholesale environment.
