Analyze digital customer journeys and site behavior to identify friction, explain marketing performance, and provide actionable insights. Maintain dashboards, support A/B and multivariate testing, collaborate with developers on tagging and tracking, and drive optimization to improve conversion and retention.

Lead strategy and execution for Comfrt's international operations across non-US markets, owning fulfillment, cross-border freight, duties, 3PL/carrier management, compliance, landed cost, and market launches. Partner cross-functionally to define SLAs, optimize cost-to-serve, build scalable playbooks, deliver reporting and insights, and develop a high-performing global team to support profitable international growth and excellent customer experience.
