Lead design, documentation, and continuous improvement of ticketing workflows and system architecture. Configure and QA Tessitura, support migration from Ticketmaster, develop SOPs and training, partner with cross‑functional teams, and maintain reporting and data integrity to improve operational efficiency and patron experience.

Oversee front-of-house operations during performances: open/close venue, ensure cleanliness and patron safety, manage ushers and volunteers, handle ticketing and special seating, communicate with Director of Operations, complete house reports, and assist custodial tasks as needed.
