Teams at Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA)

Manages patron communications, public relations, and marketing content across email, SMS, websites, digital advertising, print, newsletters, and media channels. Creates campaigns, press releases, concert programs, and surveys; segments audiences; analyzes performance metrics; maintains web content; coordinates print vendors; prepares interview participants; and collaborates cross-functionally to increase ticket sales, audience engagement, and brand awareness. Requires occasional evening and weekend attendance at public events.

Staff Accountant responsible for cash and accounts payable processing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger schedules, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, nonprofit tax filings, grant reporting, budgeting, and process improvements. The role supports CAPA and nonprofit organizations managed by CAPA, requiring accuracy, timely completion, communication, and independent work.

Lead design, documentation, and continuous improvement of ticketing workflows and system architecture. Configure and QA Tessitura, support migration from Ticketmaster, develop SOPs and training, partner with cross‑functional teams, and maintain reporting and data integrity to improve operational efficiency and patron experience.
