Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots shipboard electrical and electronic systems under the Chief Electrician. Responsibilities include supervising electrical maintenance, supporting emergency operations, managing contractors and stores, maintaining work reports, training second electrical engineers, and monitoring propulsion, switchboards, generators, navigation, entertainment, communications, safety, UPS, and fire detection systems. Requires an electrician’s license, fire-fighting training, shipboard electrical experience, and at least two years at sea on passenger vessels.

Provide excellent customer service, promote and sell products, maintain attractive merchandising and displays, process payments, manage inventory and stock (cycle counts, SKU checks, replenishment), handle guest queries and complaints, ensure store cleanliness and FIFO for perishables, assist with deliveries and vessel safety duties as needed.

Manage all onboard HR functions for the cruise ship, including recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, crew welfare, compliance with maritime labor laws, reporting, budgeting, safety/security coordination, and continuous HR process improvements to support crew engagement and operational goals.

Lead the vessel's engineering department to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of main and auxiliary machinery, environmental compliance, fuel/bunkering management, PMS oversight, crew training, and timely corrective/preventive actions while reporting to the Master and Technical Manager.

Maintain and service electrical and electronic systems aboard a VLCC oil tanker. Ensure STCW and rank-specific certificates are valid. Require experience with high-voltage installations, minimum 4 months in rank on similar tankers. Must have strong English communication, safety mindset, and ability to find solutions. Lead a VIP services team onboard to deliver personalized, culturally sensitive experiences for Arabic and other VIP guests. Manage VIP lounge, coordinate exclusive events, liaise with departments, handle complaints, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the cruise.

Lead the engine room team to ensure safe, efficient operation and maintenance of main engines and machinery. Oversee repairs, dry-docking work, and adherence to safety and STCW requirements. Communicate effectively with multicultural crew and demonstrate leadership while supporting vessel operations in specified trading areas.

Responsible for safe cargo operations and vessel maintenance on LNG tankers. Must hold valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) and STCW certifications, demonstrate leadership, effective English communication, safety mindset, and multicultural teamwork. Minimum 2 years in rank on 65,000 DWT LNG required; valid US visa preferred. Contract ~4 months with competitive salary and benefits.

The 2nd Officer is responsible for voyage planning, bridge watchkeeping, chart corrections, and participation in cargo operations, ensuring safety and effective navigation.

Lead the deck ratings team and supervise deck maintenance, ensuring safety procedures during cargo operations and mooring/unmooring activities.

Responsible for the maintenance and operation of engine room machinery, assisting the Chief Engineer, supervising maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Lead the onboard Digital Experience team to manage apps, Wi‑Fi, digital screens and interactive TV; resolve technical issues, drive revenue via promotions, train crew, monitor KPIs, handle guest complaints, and liaise with shoreside IT and marketing.

The Master oversees the vessel's command, navigation, cargo operations, crew leadership, safety enforcement, and compliance with regulations and documentation.

This role involves maintaining lifesaving and firefighting equipment, navigation duties, cargo operations, and requires a valid COC and good communication skills.

Manage group bookings and onboard events for cruise ship guests. Serve as primary contact for group leaders, coordinate logistics with ship departments, handle special and VIP requests, maintain records and reservations, assist pre-cruise planning, distribute materials, and ensure exceptional guest service.

The Chief Engineer oversees engine room operations, maintenance of machinery, manages engine crew, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Requires experience in repairs and dry docking, along with valid certifications.

The 3rd Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of auxiliary machinery and engine room watchkeeping, reporting to the Chief Engineer.
