Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments in the EMR, answer phones, process paperwork and payments, request medical records, manage correspondence and faxes, maintain waiting area, and coordinate Spanish translation as needed.

Under physician supervision, the PA/NP performs comprehensive exams, orders and interprets diagnostics, performs therapeutic procedures, develops management plans, documents care, provides patient education, and may support on-call, evening, or weekend duties as required.

Provide and monitor conscious (moderate) sedation for outpatient interventional pain procedures, assess and educate patients, manage IVs and medications, monitor vitals and airway, document in EMR, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with clinical team to ensure safe patient flow and compliance.

Provide team-based outpatient care under a supervising physician: perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, perform injections and interventional procedures, develop management plans, counsel patients, document progress, and support continuity of care including possible on-call, evening, or weekend duties.
