Greet and assist patients and visitors, schedule appointments in the EMR, answer phones, process correspondence, payments, and mail, request medical records, maintain waiting area, and coordinate Spanish translation when needed while providing excellent customer service.

Provide and monitor conscious (moderate) sedation for outpatient interventional pain procedures, assess and educate patients, manage IVs and medications, monitor vitals and airway, document in EMR, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with clinical team to ensure safe patient flow and compliance.
