Greets and assists patients, schedules appointments, answers phones, documents interactions in the EMR, verifies demographics, processes correspondence and payments, prepares deposits, manages records and faxes, distributes mail, maintains waiting areas, and coordinates Spanish interpretation when needed.

Provide team-based outpatient care under a supervising physician: perform exams, order and interpret diagnostics, perform injections and interventional procedures, develop management plans, counsel patients, document progress, and support continuity of care including possible on-call, evening, or weekend duties.
