Operate milling machines, grinders, lathes and other tools to produce precision metal parts per blueprints. Calculate feeds/speeds, perform layout, deburring, inspection, inventory control, and participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.

Design, program, and test robotic palletizing systems and related automated equipment. Develop PLC ladder logic, HMI screens, industrial electrical designs, and troubleshoot networks. Produce BOMs and documentation, lead R&D improvements, ensure safety and quality, support sales demos, and occasionally travel for field start-up and user training.

Set up and operate power saws to cut metallic and nonmetallic workpieces to exact specifications. Select and install blades, adjust machine settings, position and secure parts, perform measurements and conformance inspections, deburr and grind parts, use cranes and rigging safely, follow prints and standard work, and maintain a safe, clean work area while participating in continuous improvement.

Operate and set up manual and CNC mills, lathes, grinders and related machines to produce precision metal parts to tight tolerances. Read prints, calculate feeds/speeds, perform layout and inspection, maintain safe/clean workspace, support continuous improvement and meet production schedules.

Support full-spectrum HR activities with emphasis on compensation analysis, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR program execution across global, multi-site operations. Provide data-driven insights, coordinate HR programs, handle investigations and documentation, and partner with managers to align compensation with performance and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Manage and grow Japanese accounts in North America by developing sales strategies, creating technical presentations, maintaining customer relationships, supporting proposals, training channel partners, and collaborating with engineering and marketing. Track lost orders, recommend product/service improvements, maintain CRM data, and support continuous improvement. Heavy travel to customer sites required.

Design, program, and test robotic palletizing systems and associated automated equipment.
