Supports sales and marketing initiatives for an industrial equipment division by coordinating campaigns, social media, trade shows, lead generation, CRM activities, sales collateral, proposals, customer communications, and brand consistency. Collaborates with sales representatives, engineering, agencies, and other departments while maintaining marketing files and supporting web and app updates. The role requires strong organization, communication, digital marketing, research, and sales-support skills, with occasional travel for trade shows.

Designs and develops mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical products and equipment. Responsibilities include modeling small and large assemblies, creating 2D details, generating part numbers and bills of materials, processing engineering changes, performing stress and strain calculations, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires occasional travel of 3–5% to support sales efforts.

Designs and integrates robotic palletizing systems and automated equipment, including tooling, conveyors, layouts, and custom mechanical systems. Maintains bills of materials and technical documentation, leads risk assessments and R&D initiatives, and ensures safety and quality standards. Collaborates with project, electrical, manufacturing, sales, and service teams while supporting troubleshooting, customer requirements, equipment demonstrations, and vendor issue resolution.

Work with sales, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to translate customer requirements and site constraints into executable factory automation solutions. Perform technical discovery, develop and validate solution architecture and proposals, lead supplier and cross-functional technical engagement, and support proposal integrity, resource planning, and field validation. Travel to customer sites as needed.
