Designs and integrates robotic palletizing systems and automated equipment, including tooling, conveyors, layouts, and custom mechanical systems. Maintains bills of materials and technical documentation, leads risk assessments and R&D initiatives, and ensures safety and quality standards. Collaborates with project, electrical, manufacturing, sales, and service teams while supporting troubleshooting, customer requirements, equipment demonstrations, and vendor issue resolution.

Work with sales, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to translate customer requirements and site constraints into executable factory automation solutions. Perform technical discovery, develop and validate solution architecture and proposals, lead supplier and cross-functional technical engagement, and support proposal integrity, resource planning, and field validation. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Manage and grow Japanese accounts in North America by developing sales strategies, creating technical presentations, maintaining customer relationships, supporting proposals, training channel partners, and collaborating with engineering and marketing. Track lost orders, recommend product/service improvements, maintain CRM data, and support continuous improvement. Heavy travel to customer sites required.

Designs and controls robotic palletizing systems: programs and tests PLCs and HMIs, configures industrial electrical systems and networks, develops AutoCAD designs, leads R&D improvements, ensures safety and quality, generates BOMs and documentation, supports sales, and occasionally starts up equipment and trains end users.
