Supports manufacturing operations through process routing, CNC programming, continuous improvement, automation, and capital equipment projects. The role improves quality, efficiency, and cost by reviewing blueprints, maintaining manufacturing databases, supporting production issues, and implementing improved processes and technologies. It also requires collaboration with manufacturing teams, safety initiatives, technical development, and occasional travel to conferences, customer sites, and workshops.

Develops advanced mechanical designs for concrete molds, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Creates CAD models, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and product data while supporting reverse engineering and prototype testing. Leads engineering projects, analyzes design issues, implements improvements, and provides technical guidance to engineers, technicians, and drafters. Collaborates with Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Service, and customers on troubleshooting, field support, cost reduction, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs and develops mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical products and equipment. Responsibilities include modeling small and large assemblies, creating 2D details, generating part numbers and bills of materials, processing engineering changes, performing stress and strain calculations, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires occasional travel of 3–5% to support sales efforts.
