Leads Columbia Bank’s product and digital strategy, overseeing digital product roadmaps, deposit products, market analysis, innovation, vendor relationships, analytics, and operational execution. Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Client Experience to deliver secure, compliant solutions and support acquisitions. Manages product specialists through hiring, performance management, and coaching while communicating strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.

Lead security engineering and architecture: develop security architecture framework, perform risk assessments and threat modeling, recommend and oversee controls, support incident response and forensics, and manage large security projects while mentoring teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Coordinates residential and commercial valuation, appraisal, environmental, and collateral risk assignments. Manages workflow, RFPs, vendor selection, vendor onboarding, credentials, insurance, performance monitoring, compliance documentation, reporting, invoice validation, and administrative support.
