Builds strong client relationships across the Watertown, South Dakota and Mankato, Minnesota territory while collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, and technical support teams.

Leads commercial and industrial coatings sales across South Dakota and Nebraska by developing revenue strategies, expanding market share, managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, mentoring sales representatives, monitoring performance, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role also requires strong product knowledge, market analysis, sales reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective customer and team communication.
