Advises students on study abroad programs, academics, travel risk, health, safety, visas, and applications. Manages cohort and faculty-led programs, travel registration, course transfer processes, Terra Dotta administration, orientations, marketing, website content, and outreach. Supervises and trains study abroad peer advisors, coordinates with campus offices and international partners, and supports global education operations and emergency response planning.

Designs, implements, administers, and improves enterprise identity and access management services, including Okta-based SSO and MFA integrations, directory services, authentication, provisioning, and access governance. The role troubleshoots complex IAM issues, develops automation and lifecycle workflows, documents operational processes, supports modernization, and collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and university stakeholders on secure, reliable identity services.

Serve as chief legal officer and Board Secretary providing enterprise-level counsel to the university. Lead the Office of Legal Services, manage litigation strategy, advise executive leadership on governance, compliance, research commercialization, employment, and Title IX matters, and direct external counsel while integrating legal risk into institutional strategy.

Manage full employee lifecycle and payroll data in Workday, ensuring compliance, accurate recordkeeping, audits (including 1042-S), process improvements, metrics, and training/support for campus stakeholders.

Conduct temporary research in labs, assisting faculty and investigators with ongoing research projects as needed.

The post-doctoral researcher will lead projects in quantum sensing for fundamental physics, mentor students, and develop advanced quantum sensors for BSM physics searches.
