Supports and integrates Banner SaaS and related enterprise applications. Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains APIs, workflows, data extracts, automated processes, and SQL solutions. Manages production pipelines, monitoring, releases, troubleshooting, vendor incidents, and Level 2 support. Applies security, accessibility, privacy, and data governance requirements while collaborating with business users, developers, data stewards, and IT teams.

Coordinates university website content operations and projects, including Terminalfour updates, content migration, quality review, governance, stakeholder intake, timelines, meetings, documentation, vendor coordination, and workflow improvements. Supports digital communications, email marketing tools, photoshoots, marketing calendars, asset inventories, budgets, invoices, and purchase orders. Collaborates with communications, marketing, web, design, project management, campus, and external vendor teams to maintain an accurate, accessible, and consistent web presence.

Provides Tier 3 support for enterprise endpoints and virtual desktop infrastructure across campus. Builds and maintains software packages, deployment content, device configurations, patches, automation, and security controls. Leads endpoint and VDI workstreams, pilots, lifecycle activities, documentation, troubleshooting, and service improvements. Partners with infrastructure teams, vendors, procurement, and campus stakeholders to improve reliability, supportability, security, and user experience. Mentors technical staff and contributes to technology evaluations and implementation readiness.

Manage full employee lifecycle and payroll data in Workday, ensuring compliance, accurate recordkeeping, audits (including 1042-S), process improvements, metrics, and training/support for campus stakeholders.

Leads IT communications, knowledge management, content governance, website content, documentation, and policy and procedure lifecycle management. Creates audience-appropriate announcements, guides, presentations, and technical content; coordinates content reviews; improves searchability, accessibility, and metadata practices; supports policy-related change management; and maintains accurate public-facing and internal IT information.

Conduct temporary research in labs, assisting faculty and investigators with ongoing research projects as needed.

The post-doctoral researcher will lead projects in quantum sensing for fundamental physics, mentor students, and develop advanced quantum sensors for BSM physics searches.
