Manage and lead the collegiate strength and conditioning program for 18 varsity sports: design year-round training, schedule weight room use, oversee equipment, staff and budgets, collaborate on injury prevention/rehab, serve as Head Football Strength & Conditioning Coach, ensure NCAA/RMAC compliance and maintain required certifications.

Manage post-award financial administration for sponsored research: set up awards, monitor budgets and expenses, prepare financial and non-financial reports, perform closeouts, reconcile accounts, develop reports/templates, train stakeholders, and ensure compliance with sponsor and federal regulations.

Design and own end-to-end online graduate and professional courses by partnering with faculty and SMEs. Create outcome-driven learning experiences, assessments, and multimedia assets; ensure accessibility and copyright compliance; use learning analytics to iterate; support ProEd initiatives and contribute to design process improvements.
