Manages complex sponsored research proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with sponsor, federal, state, and institutional requirements. Develops and reviews budgets, coordinates subrecipients, negotiates costs, maintains proposal data, and tracks approvals. Advises and trains faculty and staff, supports proposal analysts, communicates with sponsors, and leads process-improvement efforts. Requires on-campus presence in Golden, Colorado at least twice weekly.

Provides non-clinical case management, crisis assessment, outreach, referrals, and intervention for students of concern. Responds to distress and critical incidents, supports risk assessments and leave-of-absence processes, coordinates campus and community resources, and contributes to Behavioral Intervention Team training, outreach, reporting, and campus initiatives. The role requires collaboration with students, families, faculty, staff, and mental health partners in an on-campus higher-education environment.

Coordinates the TRIO Upward Bound Math and Science program for low-income, first-generation, and academically disadvantaged high school students. Provides advising, mentoring, recruitment, retention support, college-readiness programming, curriculum, workshops, tutoring, and cultural activities. Builds relationships with students, families, school personnel, university staff, and community partners. Supports grant implementation, assessment, reporting, data maintenance, staff supervision, and program evaluation.
