Underwrites multifamily housing transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits and state Affordable Housing Tax Credits. Evaluates feasibility, market conditions, financial structures, budgets, and operating projections; recommends tax credit allocations to committees and the board. Provides technical assistance to applicants, lenders, investors, and project sponsors, manages application reviews, presents publicly, and supports affordable housing projects through approval and allocation.

Evaluates multifamily housing developments and loan programs for compliance with LIHTC, FHA, and affordable housing requirements. Conducts property reviews and inspections, analyzes occupancy data and certifications, monitors loans and troubled properties, prepares compliance reports, responds to owner and tenant inquiries, delivers customer training, collects program fees, reports noncompliance, and helps update policies and procedures.

Provide paralegal support on complex real estate and corporate matters: draft and review contracts, assist with transactions, perform legal research, manage files and document systems, support litigation and compliance, liaise with business units, and mentor junior staff.
