Teams at Colorado Academy

Provides first-tier technology support for students, faculty, and staff across a Pre-K–12 campus. Troubleshoots Mac computers, mobile devices, software, accounts, printers, and classroom technology; supports Google Workspace, Canvas, Blackbaud, and device deployment. Assists with AI and digital tools, creates instructional resources, leads technology training, documents solutions, and escalates complex issues appropriately.

Lead Colorado Academy’s Lower School division, fostering a joyful, inclusive, whole-child culture while overseeing curriculum, faculty coaching, professional growth, family partnerships, and strategic initiatives. The Principal will advocate for the division within a Pre-K–12 school, guide change and facility renovations, support leadership development, manage conflict, and provide visible, decisive, empathetic leadership to students, families, faculty, and administrators.

Manage a portfolio of major and planned gift donors (five- and six-figure) to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward philanthropy supporting operating, endowment, capital and legacy priorities. Develop proposals and donor strategies, meet fundraising benchmarks, maintain CRM records (RE NXT), collaborate with Advancement colleagues, represent the school at events, and support major/planned giving strategy and reporting.
