Oversee tank farm and delivery operations, coordinate resources, support budgets, review project designs, and maintain operational integrity. Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct audits, promote safety, and support field operations and emergency response. The role requires pipeline operations experience, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of applicable regulations, proficiency with Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon, and the ability to work physically demanding outdoor conditions.

Lead complex capital projects across Colonial Pipeline from initiation through closeout. Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and risk. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, regulators, and executives. Drive reporting, compliance, lessons learned, and project management improvements while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and operational readiness.

Implement and oversee occupational and operational safety programs for assigned district. Conduct inspections, incident analyses, pre-job safety meetings, JSAs, and emergency response; advise and lead incident investigations and ensure MOC and regulatory compliance.

The Senior Engineer will lead engineering projects, manage external teams, ensure compliance with standards, and support project management processes in the oil and gas industry.

Manage and deliver all external financial reporting for the parent company, ensuring timely, accurate SEC and FERC filings. Maintain SOX controls, support audits, interpret accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP/FERC), and improve reporting using tools like Planful, Workiva, and Oracle. Partner with leadership, auditors, and stakeholders on ad hoc projects.

Lead Colonial's Pipeline Compliance Program, overseeing monitoring, regulatory assessments, corrective action tracking, audits, documentation, and PHMSA regulatory guidance. Manage a compliance team, coordinate inspections and emergency response liaison duties, and drive continuous improvement of policies and procedures to ensure pipeline safety and regulatory adherence.
