Support and improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle and contingent workforce program. The position is part of Colonial's Early Career Rotation program, offering entry-level graduates varied experiences across multiple functional areas over three to five years to build leadership and operational skills.

Lead complex capital projects across Colonial Pipeline from initiation through closeout. Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and risk. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, regulators, and executives. Drive reporting, compliance, lessons learned, and project management improvements while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and operational readiness.

Implement and oversee occupational and operational safety programs for assigned district. Conduct inspections, incident analyses, pre-job safety meetings, JSAs, and emergency response; advise and lead incident investigations and ensure MOC and regulatory compliance.
