Lead safe, compliant, and efficient operations of pipeline facilities, manage staff performance and development, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate with customers and agencies, and drive continuous improvement and fuel optimization efforts.

Implement and oversee occupational and operational safety programs for assigned district. Conduct inspections, incident analyses, pre-job safety meetings, JSAs, and emergency response; advise and lead incident investigations and ensure MOC and regulatory compliance.
