Supports organizational development and talent initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, training, change management, succession planning, and workforce readiness. Analyzes workforce data using Power BI and Smartsheet, creates dashboards and reports, administers assessments and engagement surveys, coordinates compliance training, and conducts skills mapping and gap analyses. Partners with leaders and subject matter experts to support talent management, upskilling, reskilling, and organizational effectiveness programs.

Leads the full lifecycle of multiple complex pipeline and industrial projects, including controls integration, automation, construction, installation, commissioning, and closeout. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, governance, resources, approvals, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation. The role also improves project management processes, mentors less experienced staff, supports commercial activities, and participates in emergency response efforts.

Supervise up to 12 pipeline operators, managing schedules, performance, training, hiring, and onboarding. Oversee tank farm and delivery operations, coordinate resources, support budgets, review project designs, and maintain operational integrity. Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct audits, promote safety, and support field operations and emergency response. The role requires pipeline operations experience, mechanical aptitude, knowledge of applicable regulations, proficiency with Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon, and the ability to work physically demanding outdoor conditions.
