Design, implement, and manage firewall and network access controls (Cisco Firepower, AlgoSec, Cisco ISE). Monitor network security, troubleshoot Layer 2/3 connectivity, maintain documentation, and coordinate incident response with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience.

Lead complex capital projects across Colonial Pipeline from initiation through closeout. Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, and risk. Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, regulators, and executives. Drive reporting, compliance, lessons learned, and project management improvements while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and operational readiness.

Lead IT Operations overseeing NOC, TOC, Service Desk and Tech Lounge. Manage third-party vendors, ensure 24x7 monitoring and incident/problem management, drive SLAs/KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting, and lead continuous improvement, automation, and cross-team operational readiness.
