Teams at Colonial Pipeline

Support and improve HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle and contingent workforce program. Administer onboarding, job changes, offboarding, vendor/ supplier coordination, documentation, reporting, analytics, compliance, and governance to drive operational excellence and positive user experience.

Manage and deliver all external financial reporting for the parent company, ensuring timely, accurate SEC and FERC filings. Maintain SOX controls, support audits, interpret accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP/FERC), and improve reporting using tools like Planful, Workiva, and Oracle. Partner with leadership, auditors, and stakeholders on ad hoc projects.

Lead Colonial's Pipeline Compliance Program, overseeing monitoring, regulatory assessments, corrective action tracking, audits, documentation, and PHMSA regulatory guidance. Manage a compliance team, coordinate inspections and emergency response liaison duties, and drive continuous improvement of policies and procedures to ensure pipeline safety and regulatory adherence.
