It requires payroll knowledge, analytical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Manages relationships with assigned customers, serves as the primary point of contact, supports deliveries and work orders, processes sales orders, maintains CRM records, prepares account reports, and identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts. The role also provides administrative support to sales and coordinates with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations/Dispatch to resolve customer needs and improve satisfaction.

Provides administrative and office coordination support for the Marine Division, including data entry, expense and purchasing management, event planning, licensing and permit tracking, Coast Guard applications, purchase orders, time submissions, vendor invoices, accounts receivable follow-up, records maintenance, and departmental supply ordering.
