Colonial First State Benefits Overview

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for CFS Employer Super, including strategy, development, launch, governance, compliance, and ongoing improvement. Deliver FY27 strategic growth initiatives, support FY28 planning, conduct customer and market research, and collaborate with technology, operations, marketing, compliance, distribution, and vendors. Ensure products meet Australian regulatory requirements while delivering commercially viable, customer-focused solutions. This is a 12-month maximum-term contract based in Sydney with hybrid working.

Manages technology, cyber and data risk reviews, control assurance, ITGC testing, risk assessments, remediation, incidents, and thematic reviews. Partners with technology, cyber, data, audit, compliance, supplier management, and transformation teams to strengthen governance and control effectiveness. Supports technology change, cloud, resilience, AI, and third-party risk initiatives while coordinating audit and regulatory responses. Coaches stakeholders and translates complex risk issues into practical business actions.

Support and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, handle inbound requests, coordinate cross-functional responses, track and follow up meeting actions, attend executive-level partnership meetings, and coordinate events and registrations to drive adoption and service delivery.
