Lead the technical delivery for a squad of 5-7 engineers: design and write cloud-native TypeScript services, make architectural decisions, build always-on REST/GraphQL APIs, embed observability and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, automated systems using AWS, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

Manage and support the ERP (D365 F&O) and related business systems: monitor integrations, system health, security, performance, and capacity. Provide user support and training, coordinate upgrades and vendor/consultant work, test and deploy changes, maintain documentation, analyse logs, produce status reports, and develop IT solutions to improve finance processes and reporting.
