The Senior Finance Business Partner supports FP&A for the Latin America organization through budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis, financial modeling, variance commentary, and risk and opportunity tracking. The role analyzes business trends and complex datasets, develops financial insights and recommendations, supports reporting tools and data governance, advises stakeholders on analytics and visualization, and leads improvements to financial processes and reporting.

Lead globally distributed engineering teams supporting 20–30 software engineers. Build an empathetic, high-performing culture; develop and retain talent; remove blockers; promote autonomy and collaboration; balance delivery speed with technical excellence and compliance; champion cloud-native practices, automation, AI-enabled development, BDD, and Scrum; and partner with Product, Delivery, and Engineering leaders.
