Oversees the regional team, develops relationships with education leaders, funders, policymakers, and community organizations, manages budgets and forecasts, monitors student and partner outcomes, and collaborates with national teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement.

The Chief Program Officer sets CollegeSpring’s long-term program vision, strategy, innovation, and instructional direction. They lead a national team, improve program quality and student outcomes, develop educational products and technology applications, build strategic partnerships, guide organizational growth, and represent the organization externally. The role also oversees resource allocation, leadership development, program scalability, and mission alignment while advancing educational equity.

Proofread and quality-assure ACT-aligned ELA curriculum materials in Google Slides and Google Docs. Review grammar, spelling, accuracy, instructional flow, animations, pedagogical consistency, assessment rigor, and alignment with ACT objectives. Track and flag inconsistencies across lessons, objectives, notes, and assessments; participate in project meetings, communicate progress, apply feedback standards consistently, and meet short-term deadlines independently.
