Develop launch plans, deliver professional learning and instructional coaching, monitor implementation quality and student outcomes, manage partner relationships, support retention and growth, and represent the organization externally. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve programs, educator effectiveness, operational efficiency, and student impact through data, technology, and continuous improvement.

Leads CollegeSpring’s Florida operations, growth, fundraising, partnerships, and team development. The Executive Director expands district and nonprofit relationships, secures philanthropic and earned revenue, ensures successful program delivery and partner retention, manages regional budgets and performance, and represents the organization with education leaders, funders, policymakers, and community stakeholders. This remote role requires extensive travel throughout Florida and occasional out-of-state travel.
