Leads the strategy, design, development, quality assurance, and lifecycle management of ELAR digital curriculum for college readiness assessments. Oversees curriculum roadmaps, scope and sequences, accessibility, standards alignment, LMS integration, asset management, and multiple workstreams. Manages curriculum staff and contractors, collaborates with data and cross-functional teams, uses research and student insights to improve products, and represents the organization as an ELAR subject matter expert.

Leads CollegeSpring’s Southeast region by securing philanthropic and earned revenue, expanding education partnerships, overseeing program delivery, managing regional performance and budgets, and developing a high-performing team. The role represents the organization with funders, school districts, policymakers, and community partners while ensuring partner satisfaction, student outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable regional growth.

Leads CollegeSpring’s Northeast region by securing philanthropic and earned revenue, expanding education partnerships, overseeing program delivery, and improving student outcomes. Responsibilities include regional growth strategy, fundraising, executive relationship management, partner success, team leadership, budgeting, revenue forecasting, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is remote with regular Northeast travel and reports to the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
